1. Registered Air Mail / Small Packet (First Class Registered Air Mail) 
*Registered Air Mail might have less tracking information available in another word - less visibility on shipment movement.
*Shipment dispatch check point status is available on origin postal provider tracking system but arriving status might be available for some destination countries' tracking system only, Please check with your national postal service provider.

2. Registered Air Parcel (Priority International Parcel)
*Shipment dispatch check point status is available on origin postal provider tracking system but arriving status might be available for some destination country tracking system only, Please check with your national postal service provider.

3. EMS (Express Mail Service)
*Complete shipment checkpoint available.

4. Domestic Express Services (Airpak Express, Skynet, GD Express, Pos Laju)
* To West Malaysia destination normally takes 1 to 3 working days to be delivered.
* To East Malaysia destination normally takes 2 to 5 working days to be delivered.

5. Domestic Parcel Service by Pos Malaysia (eParcel Service)
* To West Malaysia destination normally takes 3 to 5 working days to be delivered.
* To East Malaysia destination normally takes 5 to 10 working days to be delivered.
