Return & Refund Policy
We visually inspected all the dolls / products for any visible defect or abnormalities before shipping it to our customer. There maybe occasion where it happen on the blind spot (from outside the box) which only be visible after the doll / product is removed from its packaging.
Below are known issue among Groove dolls collectors:-1. Broken / Loose limbs / shoulder 2. Plastic melts on older generation doll body 3. Body staining due to dark colored clothing.4. Messy wigs from the packaging 5. Plastic strap (packaging) that holds doll head / wig dropped or snapped. 6. Accessories in the box that fell off from adhesive tapes / plastic straps (packaging)
If you have discovered a defective which you believe was due to manufacturing, please let it as-it, do not attempt to dismantle or repair it if you intended to report the issue to us. The reporting of the issue should send through email store@toymalaysia.com within 24 hours after receiving the doll / product and describe it in details with attachment of some photos that related to the problem. We will get back to you soonest as we can to get the issue resolve.
If you do not contact us within 24 hours after receiving the doll / product, it is understood by both buyer and seller that the doll / product has already accepted. Therefore, any return or complaint will not be accepted there after.
Posting or announcing about your item issue / complaint through Facebook, personal blog and also guestbook to the public will not be treated as form of report. Such an act might void the privilege of getting support from toymalaysia.
We are sorry as we do not accept returns on issue concerning staining, imperfections on or from the clothing on the doll e.g. missing decorative beads, missing buttons, loose seams, loose buttons, messy wigs from the packaging, snapped plastic strips that hold the doll / product accessories, accessories fell off from adhesive tape.
If an incorrect item was received as per your order, please inform us immediately. You will need to return the incorrect item and we will be shipping you the correct item, the shipping return shipping cost will be reimburse by us. (Shipping method will be informed accordingly by us)
*Please be informed that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return items if it was not due to our error.
Our refund policy does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer and or post office. Once we received your return. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
For lost shipment, please report to us via email sales@toymalaysia.com we will lodge a report to the shipping provider that delivers you shipment. You will be notified with the finding of the investigation from the shipping provider in via email. Compensation of lost will be under the discretion of shipping provider's compensation policy.
