Q: What are the currencies that toymalaysia accept?
Malaysia Customer - We accept Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) & US Dollar (USD)
International Customer - We accept US Dollar (USD) / Singapore Dollar - Please contact us if you wish to pay in (SGD)
Q: How long does it take to process my order and how long does shipping take?
Shipping times might be different depending on availability of product. Paid order usually will be shipped within 2 working days.
Some Pre-ordered product will shipped as soon as it becomes available.
Q: What are the choices of shipping method?
There are several types of shipping methods we are offering and it comes with different delivery duration as well as visibilities,

Q: How much I have to pay for the shipping charges?
You may add your desired product into shopping cart, proceed with check out process and you will be able to estimate shipping quote with different types of shipping options available based on your order content and destination.
Q: How toymalaysia pack my shipment?
toymalaysia ensure all the shipment will be carefully packed with double wall shipping box with bubble wrap and adequate padding.
Q: How long should I wait for my item to arrived after toymalaysia shipped my order?
Estimated shipping duration is displayed on the various shipping options during shipping options selection.
Q: Will "Out of stock" item will be available again?
There might be chance that we might replenish the "Out of stock" item but we are not able to tell you when hence please check our facebook often for the product updates (we are sorry, we will not be responding to email or inquiry with such a question as we does not have an answer for this)
Q: What are the meaning of "NRFB", "RFB"and other terminologies used in toymalaysia item condition descriptions?
NRFB – Never Removed From Box
RFB – Removed From Box
OB – Opened Box
ND – Nude Doll
HTF - Hard To Find
Q: I have signed up to toymalaysia but previously but I cannot login with my password, why ?
Please click on "Forgot Your Password?" right here or locate the link from login page to have your user password reset.
Q: Can I buy from toymalaysia without creating an account ?
Unfortunately no. However once you have created an account with us, it will be easier for you to shop with us next time. Just use your login (your email address) and password next time you shop with us. All your personal and address information will be automatically retrieved from your account.
Q: Can I return an item after it is delivered to me?
Please refer to the Return & Refund Policy for more information on this.
Q: What should I do if I the item that I received was believe to have defective due to manufacturing?
Please let it as-it, do not atempt to dismantle or repair it if you intension to report the issue.
Contact toymalaysia through email email@example.com within 24 hours after the doll was received.
**Please describe in details with photo that related to the problem, we will get back to you soonest as we can to get the issue resolve.

Q: I can't find a particular product/item I want from toymalaysia online store, what can I do ?
Kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further enquiries. We will try our best to assist you or recommend you an alternative.
Q: Will I be charged for customs dutis / taxes ?
We have no control over whether you will be charged any such fees or taxes. We mention it here so that you are aware that such fees may become payable. It varies from country to country. If your order has already been shipped, it can not be cancelled.

Q: Why my order being cancelled?
Most likely you have violated the "golden rules" of a good customer.For toymalaysia to serve our customer better and to be fair to all customers, we have enforced the golden rules for blacklisting.
1) Place order with no intention to purchase.
2) Failed to make payment on time (Within 48 hours from payment request)
3) Practical jokes, harassment or delivering personal attacks.
4) Spreading viruses, setup trojans, practicing hacking activities.
5) Spreading hoax, rumours, false / distorted statement or behaving rude to toymalaysia.
Anyone who violated above rules are potentially to be blacklisted by toymalaysia and also his/her's purchase will be rejected, legal action will be taken against serious offender as per our attorney's advice.
