For Malaysia Customer

1. Create an account 
2. An email with subject "Thanks for Registering at Toymalaysia.com" will be sent to the registered email account.
3. Add product to shopping cart and proceed to checkout 
4. During checkout there are 4 steps you have to confirm
   Step 1 Billing Details
   Step 2 Shipping Details
   Step 3 Shipping Methods
   Step 4 Order Confirmation
5. There are 4 types of Payment options available
   Maybank (MYR) - Offline Payment
   CIMB Bank (MYR) - Offline Payment
   Paypal (MYR) Required addtional 4% - Offline Payment
   PayPal (USD only) - Online Payment
6. Click confirm button a the bottom of the page.
7. An email with subject "Your Toymalaysia.com Order Confirmation (#XXX)" will be sent to you for the order confirmation.
8. You may check payment instruction (offline payment) via "view order status" or in the order confirmation email.
9. After payment, you may email us at "store@toymalaysia.com" or click "Contact Us" to submit the proof of payment with order number and we will response to you during our operating hours.
10. Upon payment confirmation you will received an email with subject " Your Toymalaysia.com Order Has Been Updated (#XXX)" indicating order status "Awaiting Shipment"
11. Your order will be shipped within 2 business days upon payment confirmation. After the order shipped, an email with subject "Your Toymalaysia.com Order Has Been Updated (#XXX)" indicating order status "Shipped" and a shipment tracking number will be provided.

For International Customer

1. Create an account 
2. An email with subject "Thanks for Registering at Toymalaysia.com" will be sent to the registered email account.

5. Click on "Proceed Payment" button and you will be redirected to Paypal page for payment.
6. Upon sucessful of payment. an email with subject "Your Toymalaysia.com Order Confirmation (#XXX)" will be sent to you as order confirmation, you can also login into your account to check your order status.
7. Your order will be shipped within 2 business days upon payment confirmation. After the order shipped, an email with subject "Your Toymalaysia.com Order Has Been Updated (#XXX)" indicating order status "Shipped" and a shipment tracking number will be provided.
