How to order?

International Customer (Paypal Instant payment only)
1. Sign in / Register as toymalaysia store member.
2. Select to view currency in US Dollar/ Singapore Dollar or Malaysian Ringgit (We accept Malaysian Ringgit/ Singapore Dollar or US Dollar for international purchase).
3. Select the desired shipping option and validate the shipping cost.
4. Add your desired item to shopping cart.
5. Make the payment via PayPal.
6. Checkout completed.
** You will be receiving 2 emails from toymalaysia ("Order received", "Order confirmed") and 1 email from Paypal (Receipt for your payment to toymalaysia)
7. toymalaysia will ship you item within 3 business days and you will received an email with subject “Order shipped” with shipment tracking information.

Malaysia Customer (Bank Transfer to CIMB or Maybank & Paypal in MYR)
1. Sign in / Register as toymalaysia member.
2. Select to view currency in RM (Malaysia Ringgit).
3. Add your desired item to shopping cart and check-out, you will receive an email with subject “Order received”.
4. Wait for the email with subject “Payment request” within 24 hours for order processing.
** An email with subject “Order cancelled” will be sent if the item is NOT available.
5. Make the payment according to the banking information stated on “Payment request” email within 48 hours.
6. Please notify store@toymalaysia.com with the information requested as per “Payment request” email.
7. Upon receiving of your payment, toymalaysia will drop you an email with subject “Order confirmed”.
8. toymalaysia will ship you item within 3 business days and you will received an email with subject “Order shipped” with shipment tracking information.
9. If the item paid via Paypal, you will be receiving 2 emails from toymalaysia ("Order received", "Order confirmed") and 1 email from Paypal (Receipt for your payment to toymalaysia)
